Question 1.
Reading third shadat Ali UN Wali ALLAH in Tashuad (Namaz( is rightful or wrong?

In the name of Allah, the Most-Gracious, the Most-Merciful
Reading the third shahadat (Ashhadu Anna Aliyyan Amirul-Momeneen w Ahlu-Baiteh Al-Tahereen Awliyaa-o-Allah wa Hojaj-u-Allah) is rightful. We even see it as a must and obligation in Azan. Iqama, and prayers (Salat). You you refer to the research we have published in Urdu on our website in this regards on this very topic. (www.aletra.org)

Question 2.
Doing Tatbir is right or wrong?

In the name of Allah, the Most-Gracious, the Most-Merciful
Performing Tatbir ritual is rather a divine practice that we rather see as wajib Kefayee (That is, there should exist in every age a group of Shiaa who would perform this ritual so as the other ones of those very Shiaa would be exempted of it. Else, all of them would be sinful for taqseer). Certainly, the view point of the followers of wilayat faqeeh renounce the Tatbir ritual as it seems rather irksome to them as they lack the true sense of tawallee and tabarree, and thus, quite naturally, Tatbir does not go in accordance with their shameful submissiveness to Sunnis under the cover of the so-called Wihda Islamiya.
You may refer to our book (Radd Al Hujoum 'an Shaayer Imam Husein Mazloum s.a.), a copy of which is available on www.aletra.org for further elaboration on this very topic.

Question 3.
Marriage of Syeda Woman with non-Sayed man is right or wrong?

In the name of Allah, the Most-Gracious, the Most-Merciful
It is rightful for Shiite Sayeda (Shiite female who belongs in lineage to Prophet Mohammad and his Household Ahlul-Beit s.a.) to marry a non-Sayed Shiite (male Shiite who does not necessarily belong in lineage to Prophet Mohammad and his Household Ahlul-Beit s.a.). It is conditioned that attention should be taken that it is haram (forbidden) that a Shiite female marries non-Shiite, even if the latter happened to belong to Banu-Hashem in any way.
Note too that what has been going as a trend in Pakistan that a Shiite Sayeda is forbidden from marrying a non-Sayed Shiite is just a norm that is not based on religious foundations. This norm is rather unfair for Shiite Saydas as it denies them the right to marry pious Shiites, regardless whether the male Shiite is Sayed or not.
